Training
MAN Commercial Protection Limited is able to offer a whole range of training courses, both structured and bespoke, all delivered by our own SIA trainer in our dedicated training centre.
The company provides security cover in all aspects of manned guarding from static patrol to close protection so it is vital that we have the capability to manage and supply to all of these areas.
The management team identified that there was not only a need to train potential new staff but also promote the personal development of existing employees. Our in house training team not only deliver SIA training courses but also a variety of industry related training courses, allowing candidates to gain qualifications in first aid, conflict management and risk assessment.
It is also recognised that as the company continues to expand that there is a requirement to develop employee qualifications to meet clients needs, therefore the company are always looking to enhance and expand the range of courses offered.
