	The BSIA ensures that members can provide the very best security solutions to their customers. There is a stringent membership criteria, guaranteeing that BSIA members are the very best of the British security industry. Choosing a BSIA member to provide your security solutions means selecting quality and gaining peace of mind. BSIA members provide a professional and high quality service and you can rest assured that your security supplier is up-to-date with the latest industry developments and technology.
	ISO 9001 is the internationally recognised standard for the quality management of businesses. It applies to the processes that create and control the products and services an organisation supplies. It prescribes systematic control of activities to ensure that the needs and expectations of customers are met. It is designed and intended to apply to virtually any product or service, made by any process anywhere in the world.
	MAN Commercial Protection holds SIA approved contractor status for the provision of security guarding, door supervision, and keyholding services. SIA licensing covers manned guarding (including security guarding, door supervision, close protection, cash and valuables in transit, and public space surveillance using CCTV), key holding and vehicle immobilising. Licensing ensures that private security operatives are ‘fit and proper’ persons who are properly trained and qualified to do their job. The Approved Contractor Scheme introduced a set of operational and performance standards for suppliers of private security services. Those organisations that meet these standards are awarded Approved Contractor status. This accreditation provides purchasers of private security services with independent proof of a contractor's commitment to quality.
	The principle aim of the UKCMA is to improve standards of crowd safety at entertainment and sport events and to improve the image of organisations involved with crowd safety in the UK. This aim is achieved by promoting crowd safety issues among legislative bodies and co-operating with academic institutions and training organisations in order to establish crowd safety training programs.
